Lou Escobar’s work oscillates between two visual worlds : the raw, frontal portraits lit by harsh flash, and the cinematic, neon-soaked scenes that feel somewhere between a 60's diner and modern Tokyo. Our concept was to merge these two aesthetics into a single visual language, keeping the energy of her photography while adding our own interpretation. The mix of bright artificial lights, grainy textures, and intimate framing creates a tension between spontaneity and control. It almost feels like it's both staged and alive.
